The JV baseball team hosted St Joe in a Pitches Duel on Wednesday Night. Glenn JV came up to bat in the bottom of the 7th down 2-1. The first 2 batters got out, and Devin McCray came up and got a base hit with 2 outs, Gavin Bowman was up next and hit a single as well, giving the Falcons 1st and 2nd with 2 outs. Riley Ludington then hits a ball down the first base line for a potential game winning 2 RBI single, but the ball goes foul by inches. The next pitch Riley hits a blooper to short left field to potentially tie the game, but the Left fielder makes an amazing diving game wining catch to secure the victory. St Joe and Glenn both had pitchers go the distance throwing complete games and limiting the offenses to a combined 3 runs over the 7 innings. Glenn JV is now 6-7, with a home game tonight hosting Knox.
