Softball wins VS South Bend St. Joe in the sectional championship!!! The falcons went down 1-0 in the top of the 1st. The bottom of 1 Lizzi, Thomas, Laskowski, Manering all singled in the bottom of the 1st scoring 2 runs on 5 hits. In the 2nd the falcons added 1 more run when the Kline singled then Laskowski singled and getting the Rbi. In the 5th St. Joe scored 3 to take the lead 4-3. The bottom of 5 the falcons lead off with a walk by Timm, Lichtenbarger singled along with Jackson. That loaded the bases when Kline came to the plate and hit a 2 run Double. Lizzi singled scoring 2 more. Thomas walked, Manering hit into a fielders choice scoring the 5th run in the inning putting the falcons up 8-4. St Joe added one more but was not enough and the Falcons came out with a BIG WIN! TImm pitched the Complete game getting her win number 12 on the year. While adding more 6 Ks on to her tally and adding to the school record that she has already broken this year!
